Ratatouille

The movie came out on DVD yesterday. Did any of our Foodies buy it yet? I picked it up at Kroger this morning. I remember after seeing it in the theatre, I went and Googled "Ratatouille recipe" and could only find the very traditional stew. I tried Googling today and there are a lot of recipes out there now that are "inspired" by the movie.

I almost bought it tonigh at Target. It is on sale for $15.99, but I resisted since I knew I already had spent way too much.

Haven't seen the movie, but I did try to make some last week.

Maybe I just don't like eggplant, unless it's deep fried in a very unhealthy sort of way.
