Is anyone a client of Ronnie Line's? If so, do you ever get billed? :confused:We've been using his service since September and have not received one bill. I cannot get in touch with him; left emails and voice mails. He told me it would be monthly billing when we first hired his guys but so far I've not received one and his guys still come faithfully every 2 weeks.

I'd just start leaving checks taped to your front door.

:D Hey we need more like him! How do I sign up???

ROFLMAO!!!!

Just kidding around. I hate when this happens at home and in business, fact of the matter is that it's just sloppy book keeping, sooner or later the guy is going to wonder why there's no money in his bank account and start making his rounds. Then it will be urgent. If he can't get his billing straight, his records are probably not much better and if there is any doubt in his mind he will just as soon ding you twice... I would suggest that you make a note in your calendar every time he comes to keep track. Otherwise if you have an address, mail him a check but also a note explaining what it is for.

So freaking weird......STILL can't get a hold of my landscaping guy. He won't answer his phone and has not responded to my 10-plus voice mails. All of them with me saying I want to PAY HIM and don't know why I've gotten no bill or anything.:confused::confused: This is sooooooo weird. I left a note on our front door for him, which the mowing guys took but still got no response. I'm not comfortable with leaving a check out like that, since this man cannot even call me back one time. The guys still show up every other Monday; at this point I would have liked to adjusted our service arrangements because we have virtually no grass in our back yard and it isn't really growing much in the front. All they do when they come now is just blow and rake. I'm freaking about this because it adds up each time but still no way to pay. They are gonna get us eventually but I can't even get a hold of the guy to square it up now, before it does end up being a million bucks! Ugh...One would think it wouldn't be so stressful to have your yard taken care of free of charge.

I hate that too because eventually you have a huge bill. I know that you can set aside the money each month, but it is just the point. LonChaney is right on the money. It is just sloppy bookkeeping and he will "pay" for it eventually, if he hasn't already.

Perhaps call and say that you are considering changing services because of this practice.
