The telephone number for internet outages? It's either RR or Comcast, I don't know. RR's website won't let me in on my phone's browser. Thanks!

This is the number I've called before: 713-341-1000.

You have to go through a menu. I usually select the option to get a live person unless there is a message at the beginning that internet service is out in my area.

Thank you! I had already tried rebooting *everything* before I got the number. When I called them, there were no outages reported, but within another half-hour things miraculously fixed themselves :rolleyes:

Ugh... I wish there were options for internet service. This is annoying.
