Ok, I thought this was a joke. I mean, I don't think I could eat anything called Veggie Booty. I keep thinking of a Booty call - :cool:

It is a strange name for a food product!

Never heard of it before the recall.

I thought it was strange too. Never seen it before, but I think that they were trying to tie in to the pirate craze . . .as in "pirate's booty".

My kids always considered it a pirate meal. You can get similar stuff in different brands now (and sold at HEB or Kroger) but we used to buy Veggie Booty at Whole Foods when we lived in Houston.
