Two years ago I gave away a VCR on wug thinking I would never need one again.

Now 2 years later i have cancelled my comcast service and playing the waiting game trying to get Directv to wave their 299 install fee or i am going Dish. But in the mean time I am without cable in my front room. I have it in my bedroom because I still have comcast internet. So i still get some cable.

My TV is tunerless I didnt know that when I got it. That is the reason why i need a VCR with a Tuner.

You don't want to split that cable and run a connection to the front room?

If you have Comcast internet is all you have to do is run the cable to a TV and you get Cable TV out of it?

I cant do that because my TV has no tuner. I need a Old VCR, Cable/Sat. Box. My TV doesnt change channels its more less a very high dollar HD Montior.

Yeah, I understand your dilemma about the tuner - we had a nice Sony that had something go wrong with the tuner and we had to bypass it by using other video sources for the last 10 years lol. There was not a thing wrong with the picture. I hope you're able to find something that will work.
