It's not the motor or whatever. Two relays and a capacitor. Those little buggers are expensive enough. Could be worse. Could be worse. Could be worse.
And the subject should read GUY. Not guys. There's one guy. I can speak proper English. I'm hot!

We've had the capacitor go out on the A/C two times - not here but at another house.

Same here, those wear out. But you're right, IT COULD BE A LOT WORSE!

Cool, glad it wasn't too expensive and you didn't have to wait for parts.

My A/C guy is here right now too. I love that comes at night. He is up in the attic with our water hose cleaning something. Thankfully, it isn't anything expensive and he is willing to just eat some of the pork chops that were still on the table. ;)

I use to be able to, but I swear the internet, message boards and text messaging have really dulled my skills. I saw a refresher course for proper grammar and seriously considered taking it.

I'm going to draw the line if I ever say "LOL" to my kids.

My step daughter does that. Except she spells out each letter - L. O. L.
It's a stitch.

LOL! Yes, that is what I meant ;). I'd swear I've said "ROFL" outloud . Oops! And I don't know how many times I've referred to my dh as "DH" right there in front of him!

I've done that too! I hate to admit it, but I have said LOL also.
Fortunately, I don't do it "too" much though. I still can't understand half of the commercials when the teen talks in text lingo. I can handle "IDK", "LOL" or "BRB". But, they lose me in those commercials.

I have caught myself thinking "LOL". Luckily I haven't said it out loud yet. My DH would never let me live it down!

First time DH saw 'DH' wanted to know if it meant 'damn husband' told him it was context sensitive.

ROFLMAO. I'll have to let hubby know that particular version as I 'owe' him for a gibe he made at my expense a while back.
After destroying yet another perfectly good vacuum cleaner (what is it with men & vacuum cleaners??!!) we were discussing replacements and, of course, he had his ideas on what we should get - as if I was going to ever let him touch one again. I told him that if men had to use vacuum cleaners on a regular basis they'd have riding vacuums like some insane real-life Dr. Seuss thingamajig. He informed me that I'd had a riding vacuum for years, it was called a broom.
