Who do I call?

Who do I call about clearing the drainage area of our neighbourhood in the Woodlands? I called them last year about a fallen tree in the thing and they sent someone out who removed only the fallen tree (not the dozen others that were growing in the ditch & slowing the flow of water) but I can't recall who I had to call. Now there are some very large trees there along with some fallen trees, several Walmart shopping carts and lots of trash creating ponds of stagnant water.

Because of the standing water, we also have a huge mosquito problem and I'm thinking I have to call someone else regarding that. Any idea who to call for that?

The WCA... 281-210-3800. You could simultaneously ;) try filling out a Service Request (http://com2.govtsystems.com/rpwl/public/default.asp), but I'm not sure of the option you would choose... just play around with it until you find something that is appropriate.
