Michelle, you're the one who mentioned Woot before Christmas, weren't you? I look at that site every day for a laugh. I am still laughing over the little story in the product info for today's deal :rofl::rofl:

Yep; I mentioned Woot, too. It's funny, and so is yugster and thingfling are also great as well. However, if you wanna see a consolidated list of 'one day' sale companies (it includes Woot and the rest of them) then go to Bargain Jack.

Yes!!!!!! My SO is addicted to the mystery bags or whatever they are. We rarely use anything he gets but sometimes they come in handy.
We have occasionally bought a special of the day on Woot. I forget what the last thing he bought was; Woot is mainly things he likes anyway. I don't mind it though. It's always a great deal. My thing is jewelry on Bidz.com :)

Those mystery gifts can be given to people at Christmas or other gift exchanges, perhaps.

I haven't checked out the site and am busy at work, but will later. (Can you tell how busy I am since I am on here? ) I have six appraisals to process today.

I've bought an MP3 player for the then-7-year-old, a Compaq PDA, a cool portable speaker system, and some memory cards for my camera. So far. LOL.

I say don't waste $ on the bag of crap! My SO can't resist them :rolleyes1: but we've yet to ever use anything from them except to just give away as swag.

LOL...that had absolutely nothing to do with this thread or my quote in your reply! :D
But yeah...we got it fixed a while ago. Damage was only about $250, if I remember correctly. Nice TV, not bad at all for the 'price'! TY. :)
