Gutters and Roof

We got a mailer saying it was time for everyone to spruce up our houses. One thing listed was getting the roof cleaned off; our gutters are FULL. I don't think previous tenants ever cleaned it out. Anyone know who to call in this case?

I still have yet to reach the owner of the company; we *still* haven't been billed! I just keep setting aside the money, emailing him and leaving him voice mails about once a month.

Hmmmmm. I had never thought of that. We are the ones that called him out to the house and hired them, though. We've never told the property manager anything about them; I don't see why they would foot the bill. Who knows...:confused:
