Ped Egg! OMG...it's wonderful!!!!
Normally I balk at the "as seen on TV" crap but we were in BB&B last night and I snagged one. Thought for only $10 I'd give it a whirl. Holy craptastic that thing is awesome!
:notworthy: bowing down to the person who invented this lil'gem.
My feet feel nearly normal again. Yippie!! :)

Good to know! It would be great for maintenance between my not so frequent pedicures! I am barefoot most of the time and live in flip flops and slip on shoes, so my feet can get pretty darn bad sometimes.

So what the heck does it do...inquiring minds want to know!

It's this little egg-shaped thing that has a "grater" looking thing on one side. (I caught it on an infomercial early one morning) You rub it on the soles of your feet and it traps the dead skin (ewww) that comes off inside it. When you are done, you can take it apart and empty the yucky stuff into the garbage and put it back together.

Boy, that sounds comfortable.....NOT. Nothing like grating your foot. lol
Seriously though, sounds good. I'm glad someone can attest to it actually working.

OMG grating my feet has to be one of the most satisfying things I can think of. Like cleaning out your ears and finding a prize on the Q-tip. Or squeezing a... nevermind. :woohoo:

I saw it on tv and thought it was gross when they emptied that thing out. But, I do want to get one.

So, with ya'll all yacking about it, I went right out yesterday and bought one. It seems to really work. I only tried it a few minutes when I got home but today, plan to finish the job. It does not hurt. at all. In fact I think it feels very good. I'm going to try to get in habit of doing this a few mins a day and faithfully putting vaseline on feet at nite and wearing my white socks to get this under control before my next pedi.

I almost stopped today to buy one, but I had just gotten my haircut and didn't want them to style it. It was just wet and curly. If I had gone in, I would have surely saw ten people I know! LOL

I was at BB&B today and completely forgot to get one! You're right - the place was crowded and you probably would have seen someone you knew :)

C'mon y'all....all your friends are doing it. You know you want to :)
Seriously, grating feet isn't what I would think of as being comfortable. However, it does not hurt and it's very effective!
I wouldn't steer you wrong.

I do want to. I looked on Amazon to order one, but decided to just go over to Linens N Things tomorrow when I make some returns to Target. My mom wants me to pick her up one too.

Forgot to ask - what area of the store? I assume over by the towels, bathroom stuff, etc., but sometimes they put the as seen on tv stuff in weird places!

I got one at BB&B this evening. I even had a coupon!! I will probably try it tomorrow sometime. I've been on the go all day and I'm not doing anything but resting my rearend tonight :) My 6 yo daughter wanted to know if she could use it. I told her she had no need for it - she's young and her feet are still all soft and perfect!

I FINALLY used mine last night!! It was awesome for sure. I will do this at least 1-2 times a week - it worked as good as any pedicure I've had. My mom bought one last night when we were at Garden Ridge and called me this morning to tell me how awesome it was. Now, if only putting on toe nail polish when you are 7 months pregnant could be so easy...... I managed, but I almost had to call DH in to help!

Wal-mart has these for $9.98. I was at the new one on Sawdust and they are on the end of the front aisle with the trading cards on it (near the register).
It look like it would hurt to me. I almost bought it, but didn't.
