Driveway Expansion Joints?

The wood that was in our concrete driveway expansion joints is no more (rotted, carpenter ants, pressure washing...it's gone). Anyone know of a biz that will reinstall wood in the joints or experience with those that install polyurethane fillers? Any other ideas very much appreciated!

"Down on the IH45 feeder NorthBound between SpringCypress and TW is White Cap Contractors' Supply. They sell a Limestone sealant in 30oz. tubes which works great for driveway expansion joints. They will know....the old part # is 438432297. Good stuff!
