Maybe he is somhow connected to the poy in virtually every commercial parking lots here. I see it all the time in Panther Creek and Indian Springs center. I guess the observations near HEB have been on weekends more than weekdays. Pot is about everywhere here in the hands of the kids and probably adults as well.
