Weekend Evening Babysitter Recommendation

My husband and I just moved to the Woodlands and we were hoping that we could find someone who could babysit for our 18 mo on a weekend evening once a month. Does anyone have any recommendations ? We would like someone that is a little older (not in high school).

Hi, don't know if you are aware of it or not but there is Playtime. It's next to the HEB that's in the Market Street area.

Kids Castle is in the Panther Creek Shopping Center. We've used them in the past and were happy. There is a yearly fee, plus the hourly when you use them, but they've saved the day on more than one instance when the kids were pre-schoolers.

We can't really justify the yearly dues now, when the kids are all in school, but they were life savers at one time, even when we had some regular sitters to call! They were good in a pinch, and the yearly fee (per family, at the time $50) was worth it to us! I've used them day and night before.
