Ok I am a normal guy. Guy's night out in vegas is different than what a woman wants. We want Poker, T&A, Beer, More T&A, Even more Beer, maybe some more T&A, and lot more poker. Well that is how the old trips with the guys have always gone. Now This is the first time going as a married couple. So I am asking Married women what do yall want to see and do in Vegas. Other than see T&A.
Thanks for the help :) yeah yeah Vegas here I come...still not the same as back in my single days.

This married woman doesn't want to go to Vegas. The beach or the mountains! Peace and quiet!
I guess you could offer her an All Male Revue. You might not enjoy it, but "give and take," you know?
Edited to add: I know! "In and Out Burger!" The only decent food in Vegas!
I wish someone would open an In and Out Burger here!

I've been to Celine Dion's show twice and planning another trip to see her before she stops her show in December. She is at Caesar's. (My dh dreaded going, but really enjoyed it.) Bette Midler is taking her place.
The new Beatles Cirque de Soleil (sp?) show is supposed to be fantastic.
Thunder from Down Under was interesting.
Mall is really nice.
Cirque de Soleil (sp?) "O" gets rave reviews.
The buffet (NOT your normal buffet) at Bellagio is wonderful! I took pics of all our plates of food. Alaskan king crab, shrimp, beef wellington, DESSERTS, and lots more.
The water show in front of the Bellagio is really nice at night and it is free.
Playboy has a new club in the Palms.
Tattoos from that famous dude at the Palms. (different, but maybe an interest?)
Now, I'm off to volunteer at Operation Graduation. More later.

Hey, all that sounds pretty good! Bette Midler, Austrailians, a much better buffet than what we had, etc.
I think Sequoia National Forest is just a day's drive from Vegas. You could get an In and Out Burger on the way!

No Thunder down under, well for me. I am staying away from all BURGER JOINTS....

Not for me, we had a trip we had to take last winter for a weekend.
We wandered about the casinos and saw a show and ate a lot. But everything was crowded, and it was cold and we froze.
We did take a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon. We got snowed out but usually they land the copters down in the canyon. That was neat.

I'm amazed it gets cold in Vegas. When we were there, it was scorching hot! And, the "dry heat" thing is a myth. Dry heat is even more uncomfortable than humidity, because it dehydrates! I looked like a prune after leaving Vegas. I thought I might shed my skin!

We went in July '01 and it was nasty hot. But fun... that was when they were going through a "let's make this a family place" phase and they had a lot of stuff for all of us to do. And we saw O at the Bellagio... I've always wanted to go back for the other Cirque shows. And I heard that Mamma Mia! was playing in Vegas - is it still? That alone may be worth the Vegas part!

Mamma Mia is a great play/musical!! My husband decided he could handle musicals after seeing that one!
We were there in October one year. One would think it wouldn't be too hot in October, but it was horrible! I had to take my daughter to the ER to be treated for dehydration.

Well after 7 harden days of vegas. Which was to 2 or 3 to many. We didnt gamble that much and what we did we are leaving her ahead of the game. We stayed 3 nights on the strip and 3 nights downtown. By far the Golden Nugget was our favorite. Rooms are big and nice. the only problem we had was us lossing power for 4 hours tonight. Which meant more time in the casino part. Which if it wasnt for the power issues we would be coming home "in the hole".
Navtx---no tattoos although the wife did want to get one.
Our friend's got married without a problem. It was great that she had almost 50+ show up. Not bad for a vegas wedding.
well tomorrow we are back to the big city to enjoy some sleep. we only avg. 3 hours of sleep a night that is including our 7 hours we got last night.
