It's spaghetti night, tonight. I've been so out of ideas for months now! Finally picked up a Weight Watchers magazine last week and just need to go through it and start using our old "Weekly Menu" system again. DH used one of the recipes to make a shrimp dish that was tasty, so I think the magazine is promising.

And I'm sick of cooking. Usually I enjoy it but I'm bored with everything lately.
I usually use www.epicurious.com to find new recipes but nothing new has been catching my eye there either.
I'm throwing chicken on the grill and boiling veggies tonight.

We are having chicken sandwiches. Something that dh got from a WW cookbook years ago.
Grilled Chicken (We season it with a steak seasoning.)
Steamed mushrooms and purple onions
Low fat mozzarella cheese
Spicy mustard.
Get the sub rolls and put the chicken on it, then put the mushrooms and onions on the chicken. Melt the cheese over the mushrooms and onions and put together the sandwich. We LOVE these sandwiches and they are low in fat.

I try not to eat much bread some of us are too short to add in extra calories.
But I could just pile it up on a plate with out the bread.

A recipe that I use is really great WITHOUT bread. WE call it packet night. It's also popular with the scouts from what I understand.
On a piece of foil place a hamburger patty, Bird's Eye frozen vegis ( the one with snow peas works the best) and a couple of frozen steak fries. Sprinkle it all with garlic pepper and then fold the foil over into a packet. Bake it until the patty is done. That's it! My kids love it.
