My best friend showed up with this today for me! I was like a kid at Christmas time! :D (You can't see the Red Bulls in there too.) And the liquor on the left is made by the same makers of Jaegermeister. YUMMY. It is honey flavored and barely any aftertaste (unlike Jaeger). I can't wait to try some of the recipes it came with, but unfortunately there is no one else in the house over 13 and I don't drink alone. :( (There ARE five teenagers in this house right now. I will NEED a drink after tonight.)

Dh is home tonight, so maybe we will sample some. After Meet the Teacher, that is. He may need more than a taste after taking six kids to Splashtown today though!

I've seen that honey liqueur before and knew it was from the same manufacturer as jagermeister but I've never tasted it. Do tell so I can live vicariously!

It is very good. Reminds me a lot of a hot toddy.

We had a few friends over last night and tasted it mixed with Jaeger (that was "okay") and then with an energy drink chaser. (Much better.) It definitely has a burn, but a VERY light honey aftertaste that makes me think of sopapillas. ;) The tag hanging off of the bottle has a few recipes I will try after the game tomorrow. We have a long day with the twins' b-day family dinner during the day, then the Cowboys game that night. I am hoping to still be awake after the game to enjoy a few drinks.
