I used to make a WW recepie with chicken, mustard and those fried onion rings in a can like you use on green beans. You roll chicken breasts in the onion rings after dipping them in grey poupon styled mustard. Then bake...It was yummy.

I think I need to find that recepie again.....

Thanks Wilson

I think that's what's for dinner tonight with some whole wheat pasta and a salad!

I tried this recipe last night (but had to use real butter since I didn't have the "healthy stuff.") I served it with rice, mixed veggies and corn on the cob. We also had some fish with it. Very yummy!

I'm thinking Zbrat's chicken recipe would also work on fish. What do you all think?

I think it would. The recipe I posted this afternoon (Fish Fillet something) is kind of along those lines, so I do Zbrat's would go well with fish.
