My mouth is watering. I LOVE steak and will be trying this soon. My husband stinks at grilling steaks though. I don't know what the deal is. He is awesome at everything else. His chicken melts in your mouth. But, his steaks stink. Maybe I need to learn to work the grill and work on the steaks. He isn't a big steak fan anyway.

I bookmarked that! Sounds like it is definitely worth a try! We usually get new york strip steaks from HEB, so to me they are pretty good already, but they could always be better!

I agree! I love the idea of the salt pulling the additional flavors from the herbs & seasonings down into the steak.
